SmartEvo E-Invoicing & AIS
By accessing or using the SmartEvo E-Invoicing & Accounting Information System (AIS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this system.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). You agree to notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SmartEvo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
You agree to use this system only for its intended purpose — managing invoices, tracking payments, and generating accounting reports. You shall not use the system for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
SmartEvo is committed to protecting your data. All financial records, invoices, and personal information are stored securely and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no electronic system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of online data transmission.
All content, features, and functionality of this system — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of SmartEvo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
While SmartEvo strives to ensure the accuracy of all financial data, reports, and calculations, the system is provided "as is" and "as available." You are responsible for verifying all invoices, receipts, and financial reports generated by the system. Official records for legal and tax purposes should be obtained through your authorized accounting personnel or the appropriate government agency.
SmartEvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise harmful to the system, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your access to the system and associated data may be revoked.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartEvo and its developers, administrators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this system, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
SmartEvo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the system. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime but are not liable for any disruptions.
SmartEvo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
